Ahmed is a junior associate known of being ambitious, efficient, determined and business oriented.
Ahmed is experienced in incorporating companies, drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, Mergers and acquisitions transactions, drafting transactional documents and franchise contracts. He also represents corporates in front of governmental authorities and ensures that corporate transactions comply with corporate laws and regulations.

Achievements
Led Mansoura University Team in Oxford Price Media Law Moot Court Competition in 2020 and Ranked the First in the Middle East Regional Rounds in Lebanon and got qualified to the International Rounds in Oxford University in the UK.
Participated in Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in 2019.
Participated as an “Ad-hoc Judge” in the International Court of Justice (Moot court) at Mansoura University model of United nations.
