Mohamed is a corporate senior associate in Sultans Law Firm. Mohamed handles a broad range of commercial, business regulatory and corporate governance matters.

In addition, Mohamed conducts internal investigations on behalf of management and boards of directors. He regularly counsels clients on reporting, disclosure, compliance, and corporate governance requirements.
