She has extensive experience in all types of public and private capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings(IPOs), secondary offerings and investment grade debt offerings. She also represents clients regarding a broad range of general corporate and securities laws matters, including periodic reporting and disclosure issues, stock exchange listing requirements and securities transfer issues.

Her practice is primarily focused on private equity mergers and acquisitions, and she also advise private equity-owned companies in their strategic business decisions and management.
