Samer Sultan
Samer has been practicing law since 1994. He is the founder of Sultans Law Syria and has expanded to Egypt in 2012. Managing partner with extensive experience in Corporate and commercial law, advising in particular on corporate structuring and restructuring, foreign investments, real estate, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and corporate tax. In addition, Samer focuses his practice on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions across a diverse range of industries.
Litigation and dispute resolution is another core area of practice, representing clients in commercial litigation, arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution.
